The Sundy House, the home of the first Mayor of Delray Beach, Florida was built in 1902. The Sundy House is now known as the *Best Kept Secret* in Delray Beach. Our boutique Inn consists of eleven guest rooms or suites, each with its own individual personality. Our property boasts hardwood floors, hand-painted walls, and suites with full kitchens, living rooms, dining rooms and washers/dryers, in addition to balconies or patios. Our most deluxe accommodation, the historic cottage features a fireplace, plasma screen TV, Jacuzzi tub, and Rainforest showerhead. All room rates include breakfast.
