Convenient location. 
The water ran all night and no one came to see about it. I found that this hotel is far overpriced.

Bathroom was clean. Beds were ok. The toilet was running when I came in but it was easy for me to fix. Definitely a 1 star hotel. I thought it was a bit expensive for what you get but it met all of my needs except for no icemaker.

Absolutely nothing! Price, cleanliness, toilet ran every 8 minutes, air conditioner didn't work. The toilet ran every 8 minutes; the air conditioner did not work; the manager couldn't speak or understand English.

The hotel was close to where I needed to go. Nothing. When I return to Lake Wales I would use this hotel again.

It is quiet, despite being near a major highway. It is located in an area in which one can find one's way around. It is very central. I didn't dislike anything. Obviously, one doesn't have high expectations of a one-star Super 8. It was quiet. For me, that is a priority. I like its location. It is difficult to get lost, going and coming from the hotel. It was perfectly adequate and comfortable. Obviously, a Super 8 is not going to be luxurious.
