Spacious comfortable room. Doors to the outside, leads to dirty carpets and my room was no exception. Good as only hotel in the area with a shuttle to the airport. Well set up for visitors to the revival. Restaurant average but over priced. Lobby nice, clean but small. Rooms overpriced due to visitors to the revival, to be expected.

Had all the amenities and was located ok for our purposes. Wiring of appliances in the room. Holiday Inn keeps it's facilities clean and updated. The only negative thing I encountered was funky extension cords for the wiring to the refrigerator and microwave.

Convenience/location. Noisy in surrounding rooms and pool area. Staff was very helpful in accommodating our needs; giving directions, etc. Rooms were clean, though not plush. Our location near the pool was very noisy from outside walkers and talkers after midnight.

Didn't enjoy stay. First room smelled like urine; had to switch rooms. Not worth the price we paid; hotel accommodations in Lakeland are in need of competition!

The facilities were close to the room. NA The number of beds was supposed to be 2 but only one was in the room. It was a glorified motel and I was not thrilled with it. for the amenities that it offered.

Friendly, helpful, clean, microwave, fridge, comfortable beds, clean pool and hot tub. Pool wasn't heated, could not bring in a cot, initial call to hotel woman was very rude but the rest of the time was excellent. Great place to stay weather for a week or just a stop over. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.
