Fresh coffee and cookies were provided! 
Carpet does need cleaned or replaced soon. I was pleasantly surprised at the true country feel to this property. The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful and the housekeepers were friendly. Easy to find, good support, i.e., fast food and Wal-Mart. No correction offered. Poor customer service. The place was a mad house, tons of kids, not managed well. I would have love a dip in the pool but the number of unsupervised kids made the stay a dis-appointment.

Friendly staff and the bed was very comfortable. Carpet worn and peeling, hot tub not working properly, poor lighting in room. See above 2 questions.

Nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Distance from my business in Marianna horse show. We came in late and left early, but it was very elegantly decorated, cozy and felt safe. Nice room, comfortable and clean. Would stay there again.
